Our E-Commerce Services are provided through a secure website using SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. All credit card transactions are hosted by shopify and are liable should credit card information be compromised.

Use of E commerce Services

You agree not to use our E-Commerce Services for any improper, injurious, offensive or unlawful purpose. 

In using our E-Commerce Services, you represent and warrant that you are over 18 and have legal capacity to contract in New Zealand. If you are using a credit card, you represent and warrant that the credit card is issued in your name and that you shall pay to the credit card issuer all charges incurred through the use of our E-Commerce Services. 

Upon completing a transaction using our E-Commerce Services, you will be presented with a confirmation screen verifying the transaction details you wish to process. It is your responsibility to verify that all transaction information and other details are correct. You should print the transaction confirmation for future reference and your files. We shall have no liability for transactions which are incorrect as a result of inaccurate data entry in the course of providing E-Commerce Services or for loss of data or information caused by factors outside of our control.

Payment:

All goods are priced in New Zealand currency and include GST. Delivery cost do apply on checkout,and goods will only be delivered to a New Zealand address.

Dispatch:

Upon payment we will dispatch the goods out within 2 working days. These will be sent via NZ Couriers using track and trace delivery. All goods are fully inspected in order to ensure they arrive to you in good condition. Should the goods arrive damaged they should not be signed for and not accepted from the courier driver.

Returns:

Change of mind/wrong goods ordered policy.

"We are happy to credit or exchange any unopened goods within 14 days of delivery, provided that we receive the goods in original condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. Unless prior arrangement has been made.

If your refund request is accepted, the refund will be transferred back to the originating credit card or held to your credit against future invoices. No cash refunds will be given.

Damaged in transit policy.

All goods are fully inspected in order to ensure they arrive in good condition. Should the goods arrive damaged they should not be signed for and returned to us via  the courier driver. Signing for the goods is acceptance of the goods being delivered in good condition.

Guarantee:

Wholesale Filters acknowledges the purchasers rights under the Fair Trading Act 1996 and the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993. And also gives a 12 month manufacturing guarantee of all goods sold by us and will replace free of charge any failed component, so long as they have been installed as per manufactures specifications/recommendations. We strongly recommend installing a water pressure reducer as all filters are limited to 100psi. Should the event of excess pressure occur, we accept no liability on any damaged that may occur.
